3.1 Overview

This website is operated by Aneera Silver Era ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place orders.

3.3 Products and descriptions

• We try to display our jewellery, colours and dimensions as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting and photography.

• Weights, sizes and measurements are approximate. Handmade and artisan pieces may show slight natural variations, which are part of their character.

• Product descriptions, including material and finish, are provided on each product page. Please read them before ordering.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or modify product information without notice.

3.4 Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST), unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

• We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout, including online payments and Cash on Delivery (where available for your pincode).

• We may verify COD orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and may cancel orders that cannot be verified.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or if a product is out of stock. If payment was made, it will be refunded in full.

3.5 Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3.6 Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

3.7 Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate and complete information.

3.8 Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems

• Copy, scrape or reproduce the Site's content without permission

We use third-party services such as Shopify, payment gateways and couriers. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by these providers beyond our reasonable control.

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products.

• Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable law.

3.12 Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government action or internet outages.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim or loss arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

3.14 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Junagadh, Gujarat.
